The human experience is complex. Life transitions, anxiety, depression, insecure attachment patterns, and unresolved trauma can impact how you think, feel, relate, and move through daily life. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in relationship patterns, or unsure how to create meaningful change.
Individual therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your story with compassion and curiosity. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and somatic-based practices that support nervous system regulation, attachment healing, emotional resilience, and long-term growth.
Our work may include:
Healing insecure attachment and relationship patterns
Reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms
Processing trauma with body-centered, trauma-informed care
Navigating major life transitions and identity shift
Building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and balance
Therapy is not about having everything figured out. It’s about showing up, tending to what feels tender, and creating sustainable healing—at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Compassion meets change

What We Offer
Assessment/Intake
Our first session is a chance to get to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
One-time service fee $200

Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing sessions provide a consistent space to explore your experiences, patterns, and challenges more deeply. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels supportive while also encouraging growth, using a relational and somatic approach to help you build awareness, process emotions, and create meaningful change over time.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization) is a therapy approach that helps your brain process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. Rather than only talking about the past, EMDR uses guided techniques to help your mind and body reprocess stuck memories so they feel less intense and more manageable. Many people find it helpful for trauma, anxiety, and experiences that continue to feel unresolved.
EMDR can be especially helpful if you feel like you understand your experiences logically, but still feel stuck emotionally or physically.
